Caddie and I are spending the week in New York, almost entirely in our old Brooklyn neighborhood. In addition to hitting some of our old haunts, we fell in love with a new one; Building on Bond.

[...] Cad and I spent last week in New York, and only a night or so of that outside of our old neighborhood. Unfortunately it wasn’t vacation and there was mandatory face-to-computer time. Luckily we stumbled upon Building on Bond early in our visit. Just off Atlantic, and dangerously close to The Brooklyn Inn. When Monday rolled around I walked in for the first time, linked up to their WiFi, and ordered a Stella (it was afternoon – please). As I walked back to my table, M83 began piping out of their speakers. I’m easy, that’s all it took to convince me to relocate MMW’s office for the week. Caddie was an equally easy sell. [...]
