I admit to removing 3 songs from this list that I just can’t admit to having enjoyed in any way, even by way of guilty pleasure. One by a band with a broken shouldered lead singer, one by a Canadian band I have always loathed and one (twice) by a big old cheeseball just below John Mayer on the cheeseball chain.

Cad and I spent last week in New York. Unfortunately it wasn’t vacation and there was mandatory face-to-computer time. Luckily we stumbled upon Building on Bond early in our visit. A few blocks from our old place on Atlantic, and dangerously close to The Brooklyn Inn. When Monday rolled around I walked in for the first time, linked up to their WiFi, and ordered a Stella (it was afternoon – please). As I walked back to my table, M83 began piping out of their speakers. I’m easy, that’s all it took to convince me to relocate MMW‘s office for the week. Caddie was an equally easy sell.
