After stopping off in Duxbury to introduce Eleanor to those Kopke’s that could make it, we joined three generations of Conathans on Nantucket. Four if you count the photo of Nana and Ed.

Thanksgiving’07

Cad and I stayed on the West Coast this Thanksgiving. After turkey dinner Wednesday night (thanks Whole Foods!) we drove down to San Onofre early Thanksgiving morning. As the tide dropped, the sun came out and the winds died – treating us with some of the best conditions we’ve experienced at San O. Smallish, but. So. Much. Fun! Two sessions and five or so hours later we packed up the car and drove to Dana Point, where we’d Pricelined a hotel. The rest of the afternoon was spent either in the hot tub, “hydrating,” or in traction. Friday morning we were back at Old Man’s for more of the same, though our arms could only take a single two-hour session! While we missed being with family back in Colorado and New England it was a fantastic two days.
